NONAN Project Initiation Form 001

This form represents a request to initiate development of a project with the Nonlinear Analysis Core (NONAN). It is not financially or contractually binding. Please complete all indicated fields below. A copy will be sent to NONAN and to the email address entered. If there is additional supporting information, specifications, relevant research or background information that could assist in an accurate service quotation please send them to bmchnonan@unomaha.edu. NONAN will provide an assessment and e-mail response within 3-5 business days. This document and information submitted alongside it will be kept confidential.
