Credential Request Form

Omaha Athletics / Baxter Arena Credential Request

Please submit the following form to apply for credentials for any 24-25 Omaha Athletics event or concert.

All requests must be submitted no less than 24 hours prior to the start of the respective game or concert.

Completion of this form does not guarantee that you will be granted a credential.

If, for any reason, your request is denied, you will receive an email from a member of the Events or Athletic Communications staff to let you know.
