Summer and Fall 2025 CBA Advising Permission Number Request Form

This form is to request a permission number for CBA undergraduate courses. If you need to enroll in a graduate-level course (course numbers 8000 and up), please email mba@unomaha.edu for help.

Permission numbers will be given on a first-come, first-served basis. Please allow up to three business days to receive a response.

Please try registering for the course before requesting a permission number.
